Biographical / Historical

Boston-based rock musician Nancy S. Mroczek was active in the late 1990s through the 2000s. She performed frequently at venues such as the Middle East, TT the Bear’s, the Linwood, the Kirkland, O’Brien’s, and other Boston-area bars, lounges, and clubs, with musicians and affiliates of Berklee College of Music. Common subjects of Mroczek’s music include philosophical, political, and social issues such as animal rights, environmental malaise, matters of health and parity, and the challenge of justice.

A behavioral and neuropsychologist, Mroczek has a BA from Boston University College of Liberal Arts with a Psychology focus, an MS in General & Experimental Psychology from the University of Miami, a PhD in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Minnesota at Minneapolis, and a Post Doctorate degree in Neuropsychology at Westwood Lodge Psychiatric Hospital.
